Information you choose to submit
The inquiry form asks for contact information and broad facts that help evaluate whether a PFIC matter may fit the offered services. This can include your name, email address, country of residence, tax years, issue category, approximate number of funds, filing status, and the message you write.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, tax identification numbers, account numbers, tax returns, statements, identity documents, passwords, or other sensitive financial records through the public form.
How inquiry information is used
Information submitted through the form is used to receive, evaluate, route, and respond to the inquiry; assess potential service fit; maintain appropriate business records; protect the site from abuse; and comply with applicable obligations.
Submitting information does not create a professional-client relationship. If the matter proceeds, separate engagement and information-handling terms may apply.
Form processing by Web3Forms
PFIC.net uses Web3Forms to transmit website inquiries. The data entered in the form is sent to Web3Forms for processing and delivery to the configured recipient. Web3Forms operates under its own terms and privacy practices. Do not use the form if you are not comfortable with that processing.
The form also sends limited context such as the source page and campaign parameters when present. Message text and contact details are not intentionally sent to site analytics.
Site analytics and technical data
PFIC.net may use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate site use and conversion actions. Hosting, security, and analytics providers may process technical information needed to operate their services. Their processing is governed by their own policies.
The site does not intentionally send the contents of your inquiry, your name, or your email address as analytics-event properties.
Retention and disclosure
Inquiry information may be kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate fit, maintain business or compliance records, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Retention can vary with the context and any later engagement.
Information may be shared with service providers that support hosting, form delivery, communications, security, and professional operations; when required by law or valid legal process; or to protect rights, safety, and systems. PFIC.net does not promise that an ordinary website inquiry is privileged or confidential.
Your choices and policy changes
You may choose not to submit the form. If you already submitted an inquiry and want to request access, correction, or deletion, reply through the same communication channel used for the response. Legal and operational exceptions may apply.
This notice may be updated when the site, providers, or practices change. A meaningful update will be reflected by the date shown on this page.
